Yoga has long since been proven as a great way to lengthen and strengthen muscles to reduce discomfort and increase flexibility. In recent years, more and more research is being done and the results show that the benefits of Yoga go much deeper. Studies by many esteemed universities, as well as the National Institute of Health have shown the positive effects that a Yoga and mindfulness practice have on mental alertness, stress relief, focus, and immune system function. Also, it just makes you feel good. We  are working in increasingly stressful conditions, largely due to our current economic climate. Many are struggling with increased work load, and the issue of job security. This puts pressure on personal lives, which in turn, puts pressure on co-worker relations.  This adds up to stress, which weakens the immune system, translating into to more sick time, and contributing to becoming distracted and disgruntled. Productivity decreases as does company morale and client satisfaction.  It’s a cycle from which no one truly benefits.

​How it works....

              Classes are tailored to the needs of you and your colleagues, focusing on improving mental clarity,                    reducing stress, and alleviating physical discomfort.

           I supply the mats, props, and poses; you supply the bodies and a space; ideally a conference room,                  lunch room, or outdoor space( weather permitting), but we can get very creative and work with whatever

           is available.

          Classes are offered around your schedule,either during lunch,before the workday begins,or after hours.
