Balanced Yoga | Mondays 9:30-10:45am

Start your week off with gentle strength!  This class focuses on building strength, increasing range of motion, and releasing those tight spots.  No experience required, all are welcome! New student specials available here

Yoga with Curves Series Tuesdays 6:15-7:15pm

Your Body. Your Yoga. Your Way.

Yoga is not for a specific body type. If you can breathe, you can do Yoga.

Over 4 weeks, you will explore mindful movement in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, using props and modifications tailored to your comfort. You will tap into your strength and feel empowered to move in a way that feels good for your body.

Space is limited, advanced sign up recommended.  Come learn, stretch, move, and grow in a safe and relaxed space. 

Investment is $60 for the 4-week series.

Candlelight Flow & Restore Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm

A graceful flow offers opportunity to go inward, the invitation being to challenge the body and connect with the breath, while increasing peace of mind. We seal the class with a little restorative and meditation, and float home.
