 Hi, I’m Amanda, and I'm so glad you're here.


I’m a yoga and movement teacher based in Newtown CT. I specialize in teaching those who may feel that a typical yoga or movement class is inaccessible to them due to body size, injury, or emotional challenges.


Students are invited to approach our sessions with curiosity, and we focus on meeting their bodies where they are in the moment and exploring movements that support their needs and goals.


Guiding students to a better understanding of their bodies and how to be present in them, with the goal of increased ability to navigate life's challenges is one of the greatest honors of my life.

I have been fortunate to learn from exceptional movement teachers on the cutting edge of science-based movement, and have extensive training and experience with trauma sensitive yoga, functional movement, and weight training.
