In addition, Amanda works with children and teen populations both in school and private settings. She has extensive experience with youth on the Autism spectrum, as well as those struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges.
Amanda teaches with a lighthearted, conversational approach, firmly grounded an understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics. Her public classes encourage students to explore new ways of moving, dovetailing classic yoga postures with strength and range of motion drills.
Amanda has been fortunate to learn from exceptional teachers on the cutting edge of their fields. She has extensive training and experience with trauma sensitive yoga, yin yoga, and science based movement.
